இரவு செபம்..
ஆண்டவரே நீரே எங்கள் தந்தை; நாங்கள் களிமண், நீர் எங்கள் குயவன்; நாங்கள் அனைவரும் உம் கைவேலைப்பாடுகளே. உம் மக்களாகிய எங்கள் அனைவரையும் கண்ணோக்கும்.
(எசாயா 64:8-9)
குணமாக்கும் தெய்வமே இறைவா! இந்த இரவு வேளையை உம் பாதம் வைக்கிறோம். எந்தத் தீங்கும் நேரிடா வண்ணம் எங்களை காத்துக் கொள்ளும்.
ஒன்றுமில்லாத களிமண்ணாய் இருந்த எங்களை நீரே வனைந்து உம் திட்டத்தின் படி எங்களை வழிநடத்தி, பயன்படுத்தி வருகின்றீர்.
ஆறுதலுக்காகவும் அரவணைப்பிற்காகவும், குணப்படுத்தலுக்காகவும் தவித்து வேதனையுறும் எங்களை கண்ணோக்கி, உம் கை வேலைப்பாடுகளான, களிமண்ணான எங்களுக்கு உமது ஆவியை ஊற்றி புத்துயிர் பெறச் செய்யும்.
ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் எங்களை கண்ணின் மணிபோல் காத்து, அரவணைத்து, பாதுகாத்து, வழிநடத்தி வரும் அன்பு இறைவா! இன்று இரவு எங்களுக்கு ஆழ்ந்த உறக்கத்தையும், மன அமைதியையும் தந்தருளும். நாளைய தினத்தை உம் ஆசீரால் நிரப்பும். நன்றி ஆண்டவரே. நன்றி.

அனைத்துலகோரே! ஆண்டவரை ஆர்ப்பரித்து வாழ்த்துங்கள்!ஆண்டவரை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் வழிபடுங்கள்! மகிழ்ச்சி நிறை பாடலுடன் அவர் திருமுன் வாருங்கள்! ஆண்டவரே கடவுள் என்று உணருங்கள்! அவரே நம்மைப் படைத்தவர்! நாம் அவர் மக்கள், அவர் மேய்க்கும் ஆடுகள்! நன்றியோடு அவர்தம் திருவாயில்களில் நுழையுங்கள்! புகழ்ப் பாடலோடு அவர்தம் முற்றத்திற்கு வாருங்கள்! அவருக்கு நன்றி செலுத்தி, அவர் பெயரைப் போற்றுங்கள்! ஏனெனில், ஆண்டவர் நல்லவர்; என்றும் உள்ளது அவர்தம் பேரன்பு; தலைமுறைதோறும் அவர் நம்பத்தக்கவர்.

🛐 ஜெபம் 🛐
அப்பா, தந்தையே! அன்பும், கருணையும், இரக்கமும் நிறைந்த எங்கள் பரலோக பிதாவே! இந்த புதிய வாரத்தின் முதல் நாளின் அதிகாலை வேளையில் உம்மை வணங்குகிறேன். வாழ்த்துகிறேன். ஆராதிக்கின்றேன். நன்றி செலுத்துகின்றேன். இறைவா, இன்றைய வாரத்தில் உமது திருச்சட்டத்திலிருந்து நான் விலகாதிருக்க அருள் புரியும்.
இயேசுவே, நான் இவ்வுலக வாழ்வில் விண்ணக செல்வத்தை நாடாது மண்ணக செல்வத்தை நாடிய தருணங்களுக்காக மனம் வருந்தி மன்னிப்புக் கேட்கிறேன். மனமிரங்கி என்னை மன்னித்தருளும். 🙏
வாழ்வில் ஒடி ஓடி உழைத்து சேர்க்கும் செல்வம் ஒருநாளும் கூட வராது. செய்த பாவ புண்ணியங்களே நமது நிலை வாழ்வை நிர்ணயிக்கின்றன என்ற உண்மையை அனைவரும் உணர ஆண்டவரே அருள்புரிவீராக.
இறைவா, இந்த புதிய நாளை, உமது பெயரால் துவக்குகின்றேன். தூய ஆவியின் துணை கொண்டு என்னைக் காத்து வழி நடத்தியருளும். என் இறுதி மூச்சு வரை உம் பிள்ளையாக, உம் அன்பில் என்றும் நிலைத்திருக்க வரம் தாரும்.

என்னை நேசிக்கின்ற அன்புத் தகப்பனே! நீர் கொடுத்த இந்த அருமையான நாளுக்காக நன்றி செலுத்துகின்றேன்! உம்முடைய ஆசீர் இன்று முழுவதும் என்னோடு தங்கியிருந்து என்னை வழிநடத்தி, என்னைப் பாதுகாத்துக்கொண்டீரே ஐயா, உமக்கு நன்றி!
உம்முடைய ஆசீராலும், இரக்கத்தினாலும், தயவினாலும் இந்த நாளை நான் கடந்து வர எனக்கு உதவி செய்தீரே உமக்கு நன்றி!
இதோ இந்த இரவு நேரத்தில் களைப்போடும், சோர்வோடும், நான் உறங்கச் செல்கின்ற வேளையில் நீரும், நீர் எனக்கு கொடுத்த பாதுகாவலரும், அன்னை மரியாளும், என் அருகில் இருந்து என்னை தேற்றுவீர்களாக!
உமது இரக்கம் இந்த நேரத்தில், இந்த இரவிலே, எனக்கு என் அருகிருந்து என்னை பாதுகாக்கட்டும்! இரவில் வருகின்ற கனவுகளில் உமது தயவு எனக்கு இருக்கட்டும்! காலையில் நான் விழிக்கின்ற வரைக்கும் தகப்பனே, என்னோடு தங்கியிருக்க போவதற்காக உமக்கு நான் நன்றி செலுத்துகின்றேன்! நன்றி இயேசுவே, நன்றி! ஆமென்!
உறக்கம் வராமல் அவதிப்படுபவர்கள் உறங்கினால் சுகமான உறக்கம் பெறுவது உறுதி! இனி, நான் மன அமைதியுடன் படுத்துறங்குவேன்; ஏனெனில், ஆண்டவரே, நான் தனிமையாயிருந்தாலும் நீரே என்னைப் பாதுகாப்புடன் வாழச் செய்கின்றீர்!
நீ படுக்கப்போகும் போது உன் மனத்தில் அச்சமிராது; உன் படுக்கையில் நீ அயர்ந்து தூங்குவாய்! நான் படுத்துறங்கி விழித்தெழுவேன்; ஏனெனில், ஆண்டவரே எனக்கு ஆதரவு! வைகறையில் விழித்தெழுந்து, நள்ளிரவில் ஓய்வெடுக்கும்வரை, மானிடர் தம் கடவுளின் அன்பர், தேவையானதை அவரிடமிருந்து பெற்றுக்கொள்வர்!
MORNING PRAYER
பரிசுத்தத்தின் வெண்மையான லீலி புஷ்பமே ! உன்னதத் தரித்திரத்தின் முன் மாதிரிகையே ! மெய்யான தாழ்ச்சியின் கண்ணாடியே! பரிசுத்தத்தின் ஒளிவிடும் நட்சத்திரமே! ஓ ! மகிமையிலங்கும் புனித அந்தோணியாரே ! உமது திருக்கரங்களில் பாலனாக இயேசு எழுந்தருளி வாரும். விஷேசித்த சுதந்திரம் பெற்று அகமகிழ்தீரல்லோ ! அதுபோல் வல்லமையுள்ள உம்முடைய ஆதரவில் என்னையும் வைத்து காப்பாற்ற வேண்டுமென்று உம்மை மன்றாடுகிறேன். ஆண்டவரால் நீர் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட வரங்களில் புதுமை செய்யும் வரமே உம்மிடத்தில் முக்கியமாய் பிரகாசிக்கிறதல்லவோ ! தேவரீர் என்பேரில் இரங்கி எனக்கு அவசியமான இந்த காரியத்தில் உதவி செய்ய வாரும்…..

அக்கிரமமான ஆசைப்பற்றுதலையெல்லாம் என் இருதயத்தினின்று நீக்கி அதை சுத்திகரித்தருளும். என் பாவங்களுக்காக நான் மெய்யான மனஸ்தாபப்படவும், ஆண்டவரையும், சக மனிதர் அனைவரையும் உருக்கமாய் நேசித்து வரவும் எனக்கு வேண்டிய வரத்தை அளித்தருளும். இவ்விதமாய் நான் இம்மையில் ஆண்டவரைப் பிரமாணிக்கமாய் சேவித்து, மறுமையில் உம்மோடு அவரை நித்தியமாய் தரிசித்துப் போற்றிப் புகழ்ந்து வாழ்த்தக்கடவேனாக.

Too much time is spent worrying about what others think of us, when in reality YOU are the creator of your own life.
GUARD YOUR HEART
Being at peace means that you no longer have the need to prove anything to anyone. You don’t need outside validation, you don’t need to tell your side of the story anymore, even when you hear a dozen rumors that tell an untrue version. You used to guard your heart, but now you guard your peace, because you know your peace is worth more than proving yourself to anyone.
