Dear Lord, I come to you today in need of your strength and guidance. I am feeling overwhelmed and I need your help to face the challenges before me.

Grant me the grace to remain steadfast in the face of adversity, and to trust in your love. Fill me with your peace and calm my restless mind and heart.

Grant me the courage to stand up for what is right, and to be a witness to your truth in all I do. Give me the strength to endure any hardship with grace and dignity.

May your Holy Spirit be my guide, giving me the wisdom and fortitude I need to face each day with confidence. I trust in you, Lord, and I know that with your help, I can overcome any obstacle.
