NIGHT PRAYER
Dear God, we praise, glorify, and worship you. We thank you for being with us throughout the day, protecting us, guiding us, and giving us health. We thank you for allowing us to experience joy in our relationships and for sharing your wisdom with us.
We thank you for being our refuge in times of weariness and for embracing us with your love. We thank you for filling us with the gifts of your Spirit and for guiding us to reflect your love.
Forgive us for forgetting to console, appreciate, thank, and encourage others. Forgive us for failing to help and do good to others when needed. Forgive us for being an obstacle or causing difficulty in others’ duties.
Forgive us for hurting the feelings of our parents, siblings, friends, and children in any way. Dear God, our Mother and Father, grant us a good night’s sleep and allow us to wake up tomorrow morning to praise and glorify you once again. Grant us the grace to live closer to you.
