                                                   Hi, let us focus on reducing our weight. Hello, don’t imagine that I will be leading you towards a gym. Sorry I’m not a dietician. I’m a simple life setter who is consistently trying to be aiming at Live and let live. 

LOOSE YOUR HEAD WEIGHT:
                                                   Loosing your head weight demands reducing prejudices, giving up gossiping and deleting preoccupations. It rather invites you to be available for the present situation. Be transparent as it doesn’t allow you to wear any glass as per your perception. 

LOOSE YOUR HEART WEIGHT:
                                                   Loosing your heart weight challenges reducing your pain by allowing yourself to be in solitude. Give away false promises. Never compare with others but try to compete. Be open to the reality and create a warm welcoming nature for transformation if needed. Pray and wish for the well being of everyone.

LOOSE YOUR BODY WEIGHT:
                                                   Loosing your body weight needs to give away your  tensions, ego, worries, negative emotions and anxieties. Admit that you are in urgently need of. When you loose all these you will have a proper diet, peaceful sleep and a healthy body. Eventually you will enjoy a superb and wealthy life.
