                         Feel blessed as you get up from your bed. There are many awaiting for someone to lift them up from their bed.
                         Feel blessed as you see the sunshine. There are many who don’t even know the difference between sunshine and sunset. 

                         Feel blessed as you read this. There are many who had never gone into the school of learning.     
                         Feel blessed as you focus on today’s work. There are many who had lost their hope of this day.
                         
                                               Feel blessed for the very reason of being blessed. 


 

                            We need to be silently facilitating when someone cries due to great loss. We need to be patiently listening when someone is in crisis. We need to be extending our hands when someone looses hope. We need to be promising when someone gets into a new venture.We need to be immediately rushing when some one dies for life.

BE A FACILITATOR

                             Our words are the facilitators where justice is sought.
                             Our hands are the facilitators where love is sought.
                             Our deeds are the facilitators where peace is sought.
                             Our hearts are the facilitators where humanness is sought.

                                                                  and


                  We are the facilitators who can build a world with peace , justice and fraternity.
                        

                                     With immense joy and gratitude we receive this new dawn from the loving hands of our compassionate Lord the almighty. He not only created us in His image and likeness but also accompanies us in all walks of our lives. It is His special covenantal love  that He remains with us till the end of time.

                                    Saints are another face of God as we believe, they worship God face to face. They hold the responsibility of journeying along with us. God’s abiding presence is with us in the form of our saints. Saints were not created as saints but they made themselves to be counted as saints. To attain this reverence and respect, they gave up all their personal agendas and embraced God’s divine values. They underwent innumerable sufferings in order to proclaim God’s glory.

                                    Saints wanted to know nothing but God. They had the desire for nothing but God’s kingdom. They valued nothing but God’s wisdom. Today they are in our midst as the messengers of God. They were so receptive to the word of God and  were truly responsive. They were so obedient to fulfill God’s will and  were so faithful. They accepted humiliation for the sake of their divine master.

                                     Today saints stand not as a challenge but with the humble message that me and you  too can  follow this heavenly way. They give testimony for us to value our life to its best. They invite us to hold hands with them as they laid the path to heavenly inheritance.

                                     On this day of commemorating all saints day, let us pay tribute to their exemplary life. It is through them we are confirmed and confident that value based life is possible on this earth.
                                      Praising God for all these wonderful saints who had shown a way, let us pray for our mother church that she may ever remain faithful to God and His words. Glorifying God for all His benevolent deeds let us also pray for all the people, churches, pilgrim centres, parishes and institutions, bearing the names of our beloved saints. Let the heavenly assistance of saints and blessings be upon us. Adoring our Lord along with our saints, let us join in this hymn.
                                     

                                                   YOUR STAY IS A HISTORY

                         Our stay on this earth is a history. Let our history be unique, creative and lasting. Here are some practical ways to write our history.

 Be determined:

                        We all inherit beautiful values from our parents. They try their best to impart values which will help us to lead a life, life full of truthfulness, kindness and wisdom. We too admire the way, they care about us. It is really marvelous. As they play a greater role to make us determined with a specific value, why not to pursue that? Take a pause today to identify the beautiful value imparted by your parents. Be determined to give meaning to that value. Be determined to embrace it. Never bother about your age but remember that you are always a beloved child to your parents.

Be approachable:

                         We all get chances to understand the world in a right way. Our teachers truly deserve the credit of making us better and best. We are well aware of the hidden mysteries in the universe. through their tireless effort. If they would have not been approachable to us through their words and deeds, we would have not been what we are now. Pass for a while to imbibe the redeemed quality of our teachers. Practice it by allowing yourself today, being available for others. Let your hands become supportive and your hearts become blessed as you remain approachable.  

Be friendly: 

                        We ever enjoy the company of friends around. They mean a lot for us. We count on them. We have seen a world with fun and love. We have a chance to smile always. Is it not the contribution of our friends? Wait a while today to reframe your relationship with others. Balance yourself in the midst of people you interact with. They need not be your friends but you have a reason to write your history. Why not to have a friendly dialogue? Tell yourself that I’m going to make my day friendly. Not for the sake of others bur for the sake of yourself, who has a divine desire to stay on this earth.

                                             Pledge yourself , my stay is a history.

                                            Every day comes to us with an invitation quoting that you tried the rest; now try your best. Are you ready to give your best? 

                                            Smile gently as you want to see the smile in others. Speak politely as you want to create a true friendship. Struggle happily as you want to achieve your goal. 

                                            Word hard with  new zeal as though today is the last chance for it. Worry not about the future instead whisper self affirming words within.

                                             Compassion may envelope your words as you wish to nurture your vicinity with love. Cover yourself with serenity as you dream to see the world in ultimate peace. 
                                             
                                  Stop not to believe I tried the rest and let me try my best.

            Time says work out of the box ;                    Life says live out of the box.
            Nature says breathe out of the box ;             River says run out of the box.
            Sky says think out of the box ;                       Rainbow says visit out of the box.
            Tree says view out of the box ;                       Rain says fall out of the box.
                    Fruit says taste out of the box ;                     Seed says grow out of the box.
                    Sand says look out of the box ;                      Wood says prune out of the box. 
                    Lion says hunt out of the box ;                       Eagle says fly out of the box.
                    Music says tune out of the box ;                     Child says love out of the box.
             Father says give out of the box ;                   Mother says value out of the box.
             Friend says loose out of the box ;                  Enemy says meet out of the box.
             Success says win out of the box ;                   Talent says knock out of the box.
             Failure says search out of the box ;               Mistake says see out of the box.  
                    Past says forgive out of the box ;                       Future says dream out of the box.             

                                   Are you ready to experiment OUT OF THE BOX?
                                               
                                          Out of the box is nothing but to create your thoughts constructively. Commit to work with passion. Be firm in your conviction. Ready to find something new and aptly renewing. Be willing to clear the old track which is outdated. Reconstruct the new track with zeal and enthusiasm. Reform yourself to renew the face of the earth.

                                          Out of the box is nothing but to open a new door to integrate your insights with the reality. It is to enjoy holistic health, where truth will make you free. Either you challenge yourself or the society, you are going to flourish in fulfilling your goal. You will cherish the beauty of complete transformation, which will lead you to take radical decisions.       
                                          
                                                        BE OUT OF THE BOX
 
                  
                       

                                      The sun said wake up, smile and tell yourself: “Today is my day”. It continued, look at me!  I never wait for someone to tell me to shine up. Some of your fellow friends cursed me yesterday saying that they were unable to walk around . Some said their skin colour was getting dark and others complained that they were fainted. But I said to myself “Today is my day” because I’m born to give life and light. I believe in the tiny flower which will be waiting for me to bloom. I believe in the small living creature waiting for me to crawl around. I believe in the small seed waiting for me to sprout. I believe in the small bird awaiting for me to fly high.
 
                                      Believe me I got up from my bed and promised myself assuring that I am going to live my day. I have every reason to live this day and it is me who will make my day bright, joyful and successful.

                                      Because I believe the tiny thought of mine will become a history. I believe in the child who is waiting for me, will find life. I believe in the small garden of mine which is waiting for me will reveal God’s glory. I believe in my aged parents waiting for me will get my physical support. I believe  in my vulnerable friend who is waiting for my moral support, will find meaning in my living. I believe in my neighbour who is sick and waiting for me will able to gain consolation.  I believe in the children roaming around, will thank the creator through my caring.
                                             
                                                         YES, IT IS MY DAY
                                        

                                                WE ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
 
                          The God of divine light is within and around us. We are enveloped with the powerful radiation of this light. “We are the light of the world” is the divine message which is entrusted into our hands.
                          God the divine light, we come before you with profound thanks and praises for all your glorious deeds in the midst of us. Above all, we thank you, for creating us to be the bearer of light.
                          We believe and acknowledge that each and everyone of us in this universe is closely related with your divine light. Help us to walk in your light so that we may able to guide everyone to dispel the darkness in and around.

                           Let our hearts never go away from this divine truth through which we may harm no one today. Let our senses be touched by your divine light, by which we may able to bless this world.

                           May all who come in contact with us be strengthened  by your divine presence. May all our thoughts, words and deeds be the reflection of you our loving Lord, who is the light of this world.
                           Enable us to bear witness to this light by making ourselves ready to become the sharer of hope and love. Let your light shine on us. May we walk in your divine path.

                                      Light a candle of peace and let there be peace shared among us.
                                      Light a candle of love and let there be love shared among us.
                                      Light a candle of joy and let there be joy shared among us.
                                      Light a candle of unity and let there be unity shared among us.
                                      Light a candle of fraternity and let there be fraternity shared among  us.
                                      Light a candle of harmony and let there be harmony shared among us.
                                      Light a candle of hope and let there be hope shared among us.

                            As we keep the lamp on the lamp stand, let our vision also be kept on the height of conviction and determination. The lamp in the room dispels the darkness, and ensure that the light creates a path for comfortable living. In the same way, the light within us dispels the darkness of selfishness, hatred and impurity. Let the divine light illumine our minds and hearts.

                                        You are born to bear light and be the light bearer.
