Judging friendly is really good and genuine. How, how, how?

                                    Before judging someone, try to practice judging friendly
formula. Friendly atmosphere must be created in and around you. Be friendly
with your thoughts, words and deeds. You are THE best friend of yours.

JUDGING FRIENDLY –YOUR THOUGHTS

                                   When you start judging , take a break in meeting your mind
as a friend. Talk very politely as though you are a master of your mind. Let
your dialogue to your mind be very friendly with the great concern to train it
to judge no one. Make it to understand about your insufficient efforts and incomplete
success. Let your mind know the status of your dreams.

JUDGING FRIENDLY—YOUR  WORDS

                                  When you start judging, take a break in meeting your tongue
as a friend. Speak very gently as though you are a good counselor. Let your
speech be very simple but effective in order to achieve harmless words. Make an
attempt to prove how ineffective your words were, how imprudent words you
uttered, how deeply  you  were regretted and  how promptly you desired to speak. Let your
tongue know the status of your goodness.

JUDGING FRIENDLY—YOUR  DEEDS

                                   When you start judging, take a break in meeting your face as
a friend. Communicate very softly as though you are good at face reading. Let
your interaction be very authentic with enough compassion. Try to allow your
face to understand your inability to maintain cordial relationship with others,
your awkwardness to deal with your friends and your iniquities to build up a
good rapport. Let your face know the status of your aspirations.

Make your soul smile. Here are the tips to make your soul smile.

SILENCE

Allow yourself to be in silence when you feel like yelling. Move from that place and get into a mute mode for a while. Here begins the smile of the soul.

LAUGH

Give a chance to yourself to laugh when you commit any mistake. Remain aloof and get into an  unmute mode for a while. Here begins the smile of the soul.

WALK

Feel free to walk a bit when you are stressed. Let your walk happen in an open and airy place. Listen to your own steps. Here begins the smile of the soul.

ACCOMPANY

Be humble to accompany yourself when you are angry. Talk to yourself as a kind friend. Speak in the deep silence of your heart. Here begins the smile o the soul.

                                                     RECIPE  to make our garden of life   :

PREPARE THE LAND:

Let us level the ground that is our heart. Keep the ground loosened. Let fresh air enter in. Allow it to breath vibrantly. Keep the heart stress free and tension free. Keep it cool yet strong.

SOW GOOD SEEDS:  

When the heart is levelled, sow good seeds. The best seeds are available in our mind. Yes, they are like I am good, I am healthy, I am kind, I am happy and so on. Sow these seeds. 

ALLOW IT TO GROW:

The seeds need our attention for their growth. Allow them to grow. Our constant awareness towards good yielding will gently allow them to grow. Let us take simple efforts to strengthen the seeds. The efforts like chanting positive quotes in our minds and repeating self affirmative statements will enhance its growth.

REMOVE WEEDS:

Let us remove the weeds which will harm its growth. The weeds like giving much importance to our weakness, worrying unnecessarily, bothering about our past and future and so on must be uprooted thoroughly. When the weeds are uprooted , we get pain and sufferings. But the sufferings will surely lead to resurrection.

WATER ENOUGH:

Let us not allow the heart to dry. Keep watering regularly. Pure thoughts are like pure water. 

ENJOY THE HARVEST:

When our life yields good harvest, let us acknowledge and cherish it. Never and ever wait for people to compliment for your tireless efforts. Our own internal dialogues will add beauty to our life.

                                 A warm welcome to one and all present here. Friends, very glad to meet you all through this virtual spiritual gathering. Thank you for your valuable presence which add more energy to this gathering. The aim of this gathering is to enrich our life style positively. Let us wish and pray for one another to embrace good health specially mental health. Before we begin let us remain in silence expressing our solidarity with all those who lost their lives during Covid 19 pandemic and all the farmers who lost their lives.

                              Today, we are going to contemplate more on mental health for which we need to be attuned with God the eternal peace giver. Then come let us invoke the divine blessings through this bhajan which will be sung by Rev.Sr.Hilda from Rome. We shall all close our eyes please.

                               Loving God, we thank you for this melodious singing by Sr. Hilda which elevated our minds and hearts towards you. Come and dwell in the midst of us so that we all may cherish comfort and consolation from you and you only. 

                               Friends, healing is the prime and first necessity of each and everyone on this earth. We all love, long,and desire for good health. Very particularly we wish to have good health of body. Believe me our mental health plays a significant role in building up physical health.

                               Stress, worries, anxieties and agony become the unavoidable things which accompany us.. These lead us to become mentally upset and sad. The universal truth is that a sound mind can create a sound body. We enjoy good health by nutritious food, sleep and exercise. But when the mind is sick food will not digest, no guarantee for sleep and no mood to exercise.  Which means we need to keep our mind healthy. Prayer, remaining calm for a while are the only way according to me to our mind healthy.

                              When our mind is free, it is easy to understand the situation, accept the people and respond to any circumstances. When the mind is free we are simply alert with what we are thinking, speaking and doing. I am not speaking something new for you but adding hope to your life.

                              It is right time for us now to focus on our mental health. Allow me to request you to join in this healing journey. We will be concentrating on this mental peace for a while. Kindly follow the procedure. Closing our eyes we will be repeating the mantra after me in your mind. While repeating gently press your palm. As we know, when we press our palm every cell is stimulated to do its function in a tremendous way. We become more vibrant and magical.

                           Friends, thank you for joining in this divine experience. When we are mentally healthy we will have variety of positive experiences. I would like to bring your attention towards the following four advantages. 

THE POWER OF SERENITY:

                        Power of serenity is nothing but the calmness of our mind. What may come in our day today life, we see that our mind remains calm. Sit for prayer, start reading, writing exam, learning, cooking, working you will easily set your mind very very calm and it acts gently yet responsibly.

                       There is a big challenge on this earth that we are unable to present mentally, right? Let us accept the reality that I need to be mentally fit and free and I have every right to enjoy mental health. Spend sometime for that improvement.

THE POWER OF TRANQUILITY:

                        It is the state of calming our hearts. For every experience and event in our lives our hearts respond or react gently, restlessly, willingly or unwillingly. But for the person who enjoys mental health it is always quite easy to interact calmly and warmly. When the heart is full of love it can speak, look, touch, work only with love for which me and you long for.

THE POWER OF PROSPERITY:

                      It is the state of calming our body. Physical fitness is very much needed and sought for. I don’t mean only doing exercise but keep your body calm and fitting to nourish super health. When this health is maintained you are blessed automatically with wealth. Yes you have the tremendous power and energy for it. No matter how young are you, old, tall, short, fat and slim be blessed by this physical fitness is my prayer for you.

THE POWER OF FIDELITY:

                     It is the expression of Wholistic health. The power of behaving wisely, genuinely, prudently and above all divinely will  be grapped by you.
