                                                   Pressure or pleasure. It is your treasure if you have the spirit of understanding about your life. It is the right  time for us to know how to grab this treasure anyway. Treasure is something for which your first priority goes..
                                                   Today, I’m going to speak about the tremendous treasure which me and you must acknowledge. Yes, health is the most precious treasure in the world. If you have physical, mental and psychological health then you have everything in life.
                                                    H invites to have a healthy atmosphere around you.
                                                    E calls to eat nutritious food but not to waste.
                                                    A demands to avoid completely going out
                                                    L  teaches to learn something interesting
                                                   T  pleads not to travel unnecessarily
                                                   H  greets home is the best place to stay healthy.

                                                   FEAR NOT FOR I AM WITH YOU

                                                    We have started our day with full of hope that God’s grace is sufficient for us. Yes, divine strength is enough for us. His enormous support which envelops us in the time of famine will enable us to stay at peace. His miraculous power is magical. It is poured on all who long for it. Stay at home and seek Him. Remain alone and thirst for Him.
                                                    Friends, our hearts are troubled, minds are confused and souls are distressed. From where can I get peace, serenity and tranquility is the question around the world. Be in solitude and you will simply be filled with the answer, the answer which your heart was yearning for.
                                                         Let us not mourn but yearn for the Lord.
                                                         Let us not cry but try to be with our inner self.
                                                    Yes, the Lord says fear not; for I am with you.
                                                    
                                                        

                                                Dear friends, come let us celebrate every season of our life. Our life is categorised into four phases of season.

Season of hope:
                                                Every minute of our life is designed with full of hope. Increase the level of your hope than worrying about the season. Equip yourself with the guidance of legendary people.

Season of love: 
                                                Your life is adorned with love and love itself. Love is the essence of kind works. Your every action is the outcome of your divine love. Learn to love your ability, strength and weakness.

Season of smile: 
                                                 Smile is the expression of  your divinity. It works tremendous miracles. Smile acts as a healing therepy in the hearts of people. Smile for no reason on every season.

Season of dream:
                                                 Growing in self esteem elevates your dignity. Dream aspires you into a care taker of your self. Dream integrated with exuberance makes  you worth living.

                                                     Cool cool —growing in positivity is your dream. Dream before your dreams come alive. Set your dreams.
                                                     Cool cool —dealing with good people is your pleasure. Set your relationship.

                                                     Cool cool —adjusting in every situation is your way of life. Set your way of life.
                                                     Cool cool —helping the needy is your desire. Set your desire.

                                                   Count your impact. Don’t count your income. Income will add temporary pleasure. Impact will add values which are permanent and perennial.

                                                 Your every thought can be the cause of impact in someone’s life who is so close to you. Your every word can make a vast difference in the world. Your every act can stimulate tremendous change in the lives of people.
                                                  Occupy your space on this earth. Yes, count the impact not the income. Start generating valuable words and inspirational deeds. Let your stay on this planet become outstanding and magnanimous. Know your value by counting the impact you created at the end of this day.

Invest in your body:
                                             Let your body accumalate very good thoughts. Good thoughts will provoke you to lead an authentic life which indeed is a source of investing in you. Allow every cell of your body to nurture itself with  positivity.

Invest in your mind:
                                             Read a page from your favourite book or favourite authors. This will enhance your mind to think creatively. Surely your creative thinking will double the productivity of your inner strength.

Invest in your soul:
                                            Take a break and be in solitude for a while. You will be simply refreshed. The more you are within, the more you are towards enlightenment. Generate divine attitude when you are integrated with yourself. Let your soul be enthusiastically lifted up.

                                   Allow me to share with you about  few ways to inherit peaceful life.

1.Dress to be addressed:
                                   Your dressing style will prove  who you are. Dress to be addressed not to be distracted. The more you are comfortable with your dressing pattern , the more you are at peace within.

2.Learn to unlearn:
                                    Unlearn the unnecessary things for your life. Unlearning is as equally important to learning. What to unlearn right now? Unlearn to indulge in destructive thinking.

3.Be content than to complaint:
                                    Contentment is a beautiful experience. It can be enjoyed in every event of life journey if we stop complaining. Complaining adds more tensions and turmoils but contentment leads to tension free life.
                                 
                                                   HAVE A PEACEFUL DAY

                                               May the beginning of this holy season bless you with all wonders and amazing experiences of knowing our Lord deeply. May every step of your sacrificial effort bear fruits, fruits in abundance. May this holy season trigger your heart to accomplish your desires.
                                               At the beginning of this season, learn to trust in the Lord by which you may able to do good for yourself and others. Trusting our Lord in the time of adversity is a divine gesture. Inculcate a habit of entrusting your entire self to the Lord very specially when you feel lonely, neglected and insulted.
                                               Trust in the Lord and do good is the mantra of this day.
