FIRST WEEK OF ADVENTFIRST CANDLE

திருவருகைக் காலத்தின் முதல் ஞாயிறு

கிறிஸ்தவ வழிபாட்டு ஆண்டின் தொடக்கத்தைக் குறிக்கும் திருவருகைக் காலத்தின் முதல் ஞாயிறுக்குள் நாம் அடியெடுத்து வைக்கிறோம்!

🕯️ முதல் ஞாயிறு பற்றிய சுருக்கம்
திருவருகைக் காலத்தின் முதல் ஞாயிறு என்பது கிறிஸ்து பிறப்பு விழாவுக்கு (கிறிஸ்துமஸ்) நான்கு வாரங்களுக்கு முன் தொடங்குகிறது.

* _நாம் கிறிஸ்து மனிதனாகப் பிறந்ததை நினைவுகூரவும்,

* அவர் மீண்டும் மகிமையுடன் வருவார் என்ற எதிர்பார்ப்புக்காகத் தங்களைத் தயார்படுத்தவும் ஆரம்பிக்கிறோம்._

திருவருகைக் கால மாலை வட்டத்தின் முதல் மெழுகுவர்த்தி, இந்த நாளில் நம்பிக்கையை (Hope) குறிக்கிறது.

✨ “Hope Endures” (நம்பிக்கை நிலைத்திருக்கிறது) ✨
இந்த முதல் ஞாயிறு மையக்கருத்தான “Hope Endures” என்பதன் பொருள்:

அர்த்தம்: நம்பிக்கை நீடிக்கிறது / நம்பிக்கை நிலைத்திருக்கிறது.

விளக்கம்: சிரமங்கள், துன்பங்கள் அல்லது நிச்சயமற்ற காலங்கள் மத்தியிலும், கடவுளின் வாக்குறுதிகள் மீதான நம்முடைய நம்பிக்கை ஒருபோதும் தளராமல், உறுதியுடன் நிலைத்திருக்கும் என்பதைக் குறிக்கிறது.

செய்தி: நம்முடைய ஆண்டவராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் வருகையின் மீதான அசைக்க முடியாத நம்பிக்கையுடன், இந்தப் புனித காலத்தைத் தொடங்குவோம்!

Keep the candle burning

The Four Candles burned slowly.
Their ambiance was so soft you could hear them speak…

The first candle said,
“I Am Peace, but these days, nobody wants to keep me lit.”
Then Peace’s flame slowly diminished and went out completely.

The second candle said,
“I Am Faith, but these days, I am no longer indispensable.”
Then Faith’s flame slowly diminished and went out completely.

Sadly the third candle spoke,
“I Am Love and I haven’t the strength to stay lit any longer.”
“People put me aside and don’t understand my importance.
They even forget to love those who are nearest to them.”
And waiting no longer, Love went out completely.

Suddenly…

A child entered the room and saw the three candles no longer burning.

The child began to cry,

“Why are you not burning?
You are supposed to stay lit until the end.”

Then the Fourth Candle spoke gently to the little boy,

“Don’t be afraid, for I Am Hope, and while I still burn,

we can re-light the other candles.”

With shining eyes, the child took the Candle of Hope

and lit the other three candles.
Never let the Flame of Hope go out.

With Hope in your life, no matter how bad things may be,

Peace, Faith and Love may shine brightly once again.

திருப்பாடல் : 63

கடவுளே! நீரே என் இறைவன்! உம்மையே நான் நாடுகின்றேன்; என் உயிர் உம்மீது தாகம் கொண்டுள்ளது; நீரின்றி வறண்ட தரிசு நிலம் போல என் உடல் உமக்காக ஏங்குகின்றது. உம் ஆற்றலையும் மாட்சியையும் காண விழைந்து உம் தூயகம் வந்து உம்மை நோக்குகின்றேன்.
ஏனெனில், உமது பேரன்பு உயிரினும் மேலானது; என் இதழ்கள் உம்மைப் புகழ்கின்றன. என் வாழ்க்கை முழுவதும் இவ்வண்ணமே உம்மைப் போற்றுவேன்; கைகூப்பி உமது பெயரை ஏத்துவேன். அறுசுவை விருந்தில் நிறைவடைவது போல என் உயிர் நிறைவடையும்; என் வாய் மகிழ்ச்சிமிகு இதழ்களால் உம்மைப் போற்றும். ஏனெனில், நீர் எனக்குத் துணையாய் இருந்தீர்; உம் இறக்கைகளின் நிழலில் மகிழ்ந்து பாடுகின்றேன். நான் உம்மை உறுதியாகப் பற்றிக்கொண்டேன்; உமது வலக்கை என்னை இறுகப் பிடித்துள்ளது.

🛐 ஜெபம் 🛐

அகில உலகையும் படைத்த அன்பின் ஆண்டவரே! இந்த காலை வேளையில் உம்மையே என் சிந்தை நாடுகின்றது. உம் திருமுகத்தைக் காண என் மனம் ஏங்கித் தவிக்கின்றது. படைப்புகள் அனைத்தோடும் சேர்ந்து நான் உம்மை வாழ்த்திப் போற்றி ஆராதிக்கின்றேன். உமக்கு நன்றி செலுத்துகின்றேன்.

உயிர்த்த எம் இறைவா! தூய ஆவியை எங்களுக்குள் அனுப்பி எங்களுக்கு துணிவையும், ஞானத்தையும் தந்தருளும். அலகையின் அனைத்து சூழ்ச்சிக்களில் இருந்தும் எங்களை தப்புவியும். அன்று கல்லறைத் தோட்டத்தில் மகதலா மரியா உம்மைக் கண்டு கொண்டது போல நாங்கள் இன்று சந்திக்கும் நபர்களில் உம்மைக் கண்டு கொள்ள அருள்புரியும். உலக காரியங்களில் நாங்கள் பற்று கொள்ளாமல் இறை வார்த்தைக்கே முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்க அருள் செய்யும்.

இரக்கத்தின் இறைவா!
‘நம்பிக்கையின் திருத்தூதர்’ என அழைக்கப்படும் புனித மகதலா மரியாவை நினைவுகூறும் இந்நாளில், பாவ சேற்றில் மூழ்கி அதில் சிக்கித் தவித்து அதிலிருந்து வெளியேற முடியாமல் தவிக்கும் எண்ணற்ற மக்களுக்காக விஷேசமாக வேண்டுகிறோம். அவர்கள் அனைவரும் பாவங்களைக் களைந்து மனம் மாறி அன்பின் பிள்ளைகளாக உமது பாதையில் நடக்க மன்றாடுகிறோம்.

“Don’t Chase Butterflies”

A story with a valuable lesson on success.
A young boy asked his grandfather,
“Grandpa, I want to become an actor and work in movies. When I grow up, I want to see the world, drive nice cars, and live in a glass house. I really want to achieve great success in life. Tell me, how can I achieve all my goals, and reach them quickly?”
The grandfather paused for a moment, looked around, and then spotted a beautiful butterfly sitting on a flower. Immediately, he exclaimed,
“Wow! What a wonderful butterfly! Quick… quick, chase it! Go and catch it! Don’t let it fly away. Go catch it!”
The young man rushed towards the butterfly, but as he tried to catch it, the butterfly suddenly flew away. He tried to catch it, but it was flying too fast. He ran around the garden until he was exhausted, but still, he couldn’t catch the butterfly. Out of breath, he returned to his grandfather.
“I couldn’t catch it, Grandpa! It flew away!”
The grandfather smiled for a moment, took the young man’s hands, and led him to a corner. Then he began to speak softly…
“Listen carefully, I’m going to tell you a valuable life lesson: If you spend your time chasing butterflies, they will fly away, but if you spend your time creating a beautiful garden, the butterflies will come to you.
That butterfly is like your life’s goals. It’s easy to think about achieving goals and success immediately, but the real magic happens when we focus on our skills. Just like cultivating a wonderful garden to attract butterflies, grow your talents and let success and money come to you. Don’t chase love, money, or success; they will come to you. So focus on developing your energy and your skills… This is the only secret of successful people.

How wonderful you are, O God, who dwells among the faithful. Even the psalmist long ago knew that you are not only this overwhelming God who made heaven and earth, but the indwelling God who walks with us and is present with us.

Teach me to cherish your presence, which I have come to know because you came to live with us in the person of Jesus, whom we call the Christ. As I offer my heart in prayer and prepare to face this day help me to remember that morning has broken, and I am whole!

திருப்பாடல் : 105

ஆண்டவருக்கு நன்றி செலுத்துங்கள்! அவர்தம் பெயரைச் சொல்லி வழிபடுங்கள்! அவர்தம் செயல்களை மக்களினங்கள் அறியச் செய்யுங்கள். அவர் செய்த வியத்தகு செயல்களை நினைவுகூருங்கள்! அவர்தம் அருஞ்செயல்களையும், அவரது வாய் மொழிந்த நீதித் தீர்ப்புகளையும் நினைவில் கொள்ளுங்கள். அவர் தமது உடன்படிக்கையை என்றென்றும் நினைவில் கொள்கின்றார்; ஆயிரம் தலைமுறைக்கென தாம் அளித்த வாக்குறுதியை நினைவுகூர்கின்றார். ஆபிரகாமுடன் தாம் செய்துகொண்ட உடன்படிக்கையையும் ஈசாக்குக்குத் தாம் ஆணையிட்டுக் கூறியதையும் அவர் நினைவில் கொண்டுள்ளார். ஆண்டவர் தம் மக்களைப் பல்கிப் பெருகச் செய்தார்; அவர்களின் எதிரிகளைவிட அவர்களை வலிமைமிக்கவர்கள் ஆக்கினார். தம் மக்களை வெறுக்கும்படியும், தம் அடியார்களுக்கு எதிராகச் சூழ்ச்சி செய்யும்படியும் அவர் எகிப்தியரின் மனத்தை மாற்றினார். அவர் தம் ஊழியராகிய மோசேயையும், தாம் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த ஆரோனையும் அனுப்பினார். அவர்கள் எகிப்தியரிடையே அவர்தம் அருஞ்செயல்களைச் செய்தனர்; காம் நாட்டில் வியத்தகு செயல்களைச் செய்து காட்டினர்.

🛐 ஜெபம்🛐

எப்போதும் எங்களை அரவணைக்கும் எங்கள் அன்பு ஆண்டவரே! உம்மை இந்த அதிகாலை வேளையில் வாழ்த்தி போற்றி ஆராதிக்கின்றோம். உமக்கு நன்றி செலுத்துகின்றோம். உம்மை மகிழ்விப்பதே எங்கள் இதயத் துடிப்பாகட்டும். உமது கட்டளைகளை நாங்கள் கடைபிடிப்பதே எங்கள் உயிர் மூச்சாகட்டும்.

ஆண்டவரே, நிறைவாழ்வை நீர் எங்களுக்கு உரியதாக்குவீர்! ஏனெனில், எங்கள் செயல்கள் அனைத்தையும் எங்களுக்காகச் செய்கின்றவர் நீரே.

““பெருஞ்சுமை சுமந்து சோர்ந்திருப்பவர்களே, எல்லாரும் என்னிடம் வாருங்கள். நான் உங்களுக்கு இளைப்பாறுதல் தருவேன்.”என கூறிய எம் இயேசுவே! நிலையான, மகிழ்வான இளைப்பாறுதல் உம்மிடம் மட்டுமே உள்ளன.

மீளாத் துயரம், கண்ணீர், கடும் வேதனை ஆகியவற்றின் நடுவே வாழ்க்கையை நகர்த்திக் கொண்டிருக்கும் எண்ணற்ற மக்களின் துன்ப துயரங்களை நீர் அறிவீர். அவர்கள் செய்த பாவங்களை மன்னித்து உம் திருக்கரங்களால் அரவணைத்து அவர்களைத் தேற்றும் எங்கள் தகப்பனே! அவர்கள் வாழ்வில் ஒளியேற்றும். புதிய நம்பிக்கையை துளிர்விடச் செய்யும்.!

புனித லூர்து மாதாவுக்கு ஜெபம்

அமலோற்பவ கன்னி மாதாவே ! சொல்லொணா சோதிக் கதிர் வீச, சூரியன் ஒளி தங்கிய சுத்த வெள்ளை உடை அணிந்து, தெய்வீக வடிவு அலங்காரத்தோடு அன்று எழுந்தருளி வந்து, தன்னந்தனிமையான லூர்து மலைக் கெபியில் காட்சி தரக் கருணை புரிந்த உமது கிருபாகடாட்சத்தை நினைத்தருளும். உமது திருக்குமாரன் உமக்குக் கட்டளையிட்ட மட்டற்ற வல்லமையையும் நினைவு கூர்ந்தருளும். புதுமையில் பிரபல்லியமான லூர்து மலை மாதாவே , உமது பேறு பலன்களின் மீது நிறைந்த நம்பிக்கை வைத்து உமது தயவு ஆதரவை அடைய இதோ ஓடி வந்தோம் . உமது தரிசன வரலாறுகளின் உண்மையை உணர்ந்து ஸ்திரப்படுத்தின பரிசுத்த பாப்பானவரை உமது திருக்கர வல்லபத்தால் காத்தருளும்.

தேவ இரக்க நேச மனோகரம் அடங்கிய இரட்சண்ணிய பொக்கிஷங்களைத் திறந்து அவைகளை எங்கள் மீது பொழிந்தருளும். உம்மை மன்றாடிக் கேட்கும் எங்கள் விண்ணப்பங்கள் எதுவும் வீண் போக விடாதேயும் . மாசற்ற கன்னிகையான லூர்து மலை மாதாவே , தேவரீர் எங்கள் தாயாராகையால், எங்கள் மன்றாட்டுக்களைத் தயவாய்க் கேட்டருளும்.

Eternal One, as I wake to the dawning of this day , I know you surround me with your love and protection. You have forgiven all my shortcomings and for that, I rejoice.

As I journey my life of faith, no matter what challenges may come my way, help me to remember that your grace is sufficient for me and your tender mercy is new every morning.

As I lift my voice to you in prayer, help me to rest in the assurance that you hear me.

Thank you, God for being ever present in my life. Help me to guard my heart and enlighten the eyes of my understanding that I may serve you better.

May my earnest desire this day be to live my life in a manner that glorifies you. My hope is in you this day: help me to follow your will.

நம் வாழ்வின் மிகச் சிறந்த பரிசுகளில் ஒன்றான நட்பைப் பற்றிப் பேசுவதாகும். நட்பு என்பது வெறும் வார்த்தை அல்ல, அது ஒரு ஆழமான உறவு, பலம், மற்றும் மகிழ்ச்சியின் ஆதாரம்.
நாம் பிறக்கும்போது தனியாகப் பிறக்கிறோம், ஆனால் இந்த வாழ்க்கைப் பயணத்தில் நமக்குத் துணையாக, தோள் கொடுப்பவர்களாக நண்பர்கள் அமைகிறார்கள். ஒரு உண்மையான நண்பன் யார்? அவன் உங்கள் சிரிப்பில் பங்குகொள்பவன் மட்டுமல்ல, உங்கள் கண்ணீரைத் துடைப்பவன். உங்கள் வெற்றியில் மகிழ்பவன் மட்டுமல்ல, உங்கள் தோல்வியில் தாங்கிப் பிடிப்பவன். உங்கள் பலவீனங்களை அறிந்திருந்தாலும், உங்களை ஒருபோதும் கைவிடாதவன்.
நட்பு என்பது ஒரு அழகான தோட்டம் போன்றது. அதை நாம் அக்கறையுடனும், அன்புடனும், நம்பிக்கையுடனும் வளர்க்க வேண்டும். ஒரு சிறிய விதை மரமாக வளர்வது போல, ஒரு சிறிய அறிமுகம் கூட காலப்போக்கில் ஒரு உறுதியான நட்பாக மாறலாம். அதற்கு பொறுமை தேவை, புரிதல் தேவை, விட்டுகொடுத்தல் தேவை.
நண்பர்கள் நம்மை நாமாகவே இருக்க அனுமதிக்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் நம்மை விமர்சிக்க மாட்டார்கள், ஆனால் தேவைப்படும்போது சரியான வழியைக் காட்டுவார்கள். அவர்கள் நம் ரகசியங்களைப் பாதுகாப்பார்கள், நம் கனவுகளைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வார்கள். நாம் தடுமாறும் போது, அவர்கள் கை கொடுத்து தூக்கி விடுவார்கள்.
வாழ்க்கையில் பல ஏற்ற தாழ்வுகளை நாம் சந்திக்க நேரிடும். சில சமயங்களில் நாம் தனியாக உணர்வோம், வழி தெரியாமல் தவிப்போம். அப்போது, நம் நண்பனின் குரல் ஒரு கலங்கரை விளக்கம் போல நமக்கு வழி காட்டும். அவன் இருளில் வெளிச்சமாக இருப்பான், நம்பிக்கையின் ஒளியைப் பரப்புவான்.
நட்பை வளர்த்துக் கொள்வது ஒரு கலை. அதற்கு நாம் நேரம் ஒதுக்க வேண்டும், அவர்களுடன் உரையாட வேண்டும், அவர்களின் தேவைகளைப் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். ஒருவருக்கொருவர் ஆதரவாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
இன்றைய உலகில், சமூக வலைத்தளங்கள் மூலம் பல “நண்பர்களை” நாம் பெற்றிருக்கலாம். ஆனால், எத்தனை பேர் உண்மையானவர்கள்? உண்மையான நட்பு என்பது திரைக்குப் பின்னால் அல்ல, நேரில் சந்தித்து, உணர்வுகளைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதில் உள்ளது.
எனவே, என் அன்பான நண்பர்களே, உங்கள் வாழ்வில் இருக்கும் நண்பர்களைப் போற்றுங்கள். அவர்களின் மதிப்பை உணருங்கள். அவர்களுடன் தரமான நேரத்தைச் செலவிடுங்கள். அவர்களை நேசியுங்கள், ஆதரவு கொடுங்கள். ஏனென்றால், இந்த வாழ்க்கைப் பயணத்தில் நமக்குக் கிடைக்கும் மிகச் சிறந்த செல்வம் உண்மையான நட்பே!
