*Today's Rosary Intentions - The Glorious Mysteries*
PRAY THE ROSARY
*1. The Resurrection of Jesus*
In today's first reading, Prophet Isaiah says, _"The Lord will prepare a grand feast; He will remove the shroud of sorrow from all."_
Let us offer this first decade to prepare ourselves for the heavenly feast of our Heavenly Father.
*2. The Ascension of Jesus*
In today's responsorial Psalm, Psalm 23:6, it says, _"Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord for years to come."_
Let us offer this second decade in thanksgiving to God who has built an eternal home of joy for us in heaven.
*3. The Descent of the Holy Spirit*
In today's second reading, St. Paul says, _"I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned to live in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether in plenty or in want."_
Let us offer this third decade that we may live like St. Paul with an adaptable spirit in every circumstance.
*4. The Assumption of Mother Mary into Heaven*
The 261st Pope of the Church and today's saint, Pope St. John XXIII, convened the Second Vatican Council, a major event in the Church in the 20th century.
Let us offer this fourth decade in thanksgiving to God for giving this Saint to our Holy Church.
*5. The Coronation of Mother Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth*
Let us offer this fifth decade for the spiritual and physical well-being of all priests, nuns, and brothers who have completely dedicated their lives to God and to His service.
