The earth and all that is in it belongs to the Lord; the world and all who live in it are His. For it was He who laid its foundation on the seas and established it upon the rivers. Who is worthy to ascend the hill of the Lord? Who can stand in His holy place?
He whose hands are sinless, whose heart is pure, who does not lift up his soul to an idol. He shall receive a blessing from the Lord, and shall be declared righteous by God his Saviour.
Such is the generation of those who seek Him, those who seek the face of the God of Jacob.
(Psalm 24:1-6)
_Prayer_
O Lord, when I wake up, I praise You. I bless You. I adore You. In this moment of praying to You, I feel Your nearness. I am fulfilled beholding Your presence.
O Lord, guard me as the apple of Your eye; hide me in the shadow of Your wings.
Dear Jesus, grant us the grace to live according to the calling we have received, and to live together in peace, bearing with one another in love with all humility and gentleness and patience, and to preserve the unity that the Holy Spirit gives.
O Lord, I begin this day in Your name. Bless me and guide me.
_Amen._
